    Observed beverages stored directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler. [CA] Food shall be stored at least six inches off the floor to prevent contamination and facilitate ease of cleaning.

    At the 2-compartment sink, measured the maximum water temperature at 112F, then temperature dropped to consistently measure around 74-78F. At the handwash sink in the restroom, measured the maximum water temperature at 74F. Facility only sells prepackaged foods and does not conduct any food preparation or warewashing. [CA] Hot water shall be consistently supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility (100-108°F at handwash sinks). [COS] PIC adjusted the water heater during inspection. Water measured above 120°F.

    Observed active leak underneath the handwash sink in the restroom whenever the faucet is turned on. [CA] Repair leak. Plumbing fixtures shall be maintained in good repair.
