Notes: - This is the first routine inspection after plan check final. - Education was provided on proper handwashing technique, dish sanitization, and basic food handling practices. Handouts for proper manual warewashing and temperature holding were also provided.

The paper towel dispenser was empty at the only handwash station in the facility. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped with handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers. [COS] Daniel restocked the paper towel dispenser.
- K34: Warewash facilities: installed/maintained; test strips
Facility lacks testing materials for their choice of sanitizer, chlorine. [CA] Testing equipment and materials shall be provided to adequately measure the applicable sanitization method used during manual or mechanical warewashing.
- K35: Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity
Facility has a non-ANSI microwave and pressure cooker. [CA] New and/or replacement food equipment shall be certified or classified for sanitation by an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited certification program (e.g. NSF, UL EPH, UL Sanitation, CSA Sanitation, or ETL Sanitation).

The two entrance doors were propped open. Flies were observed entering the facility. [CA] Keep doors closed at all times to prevent the entrance and harborage of vermin.

Facility lacks a probe type thermometer. [CA] An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer (accurate to +/- 2°F) that is designed to measure the temperature of thin masses shall be provided and readily available to accurately measure the temperatures of potentially hazardous foods.
- K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices
The basins of the three compartment sink leak when filled up. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.
