At time of inspection, operator states that they had hired a new Kitchen manager and showed that they are in the process of registering for course to obtain Food Safety Certificate. Facility has breakfast service from 7 AM to 9:30 AM. Leftover hot and open foods are discarded at the end of the meal service.
