Rodent droppings observed concentrated in the right back side of warehouse and along back side of the warehouse. [CA] Clean and sanitize rodent droppings of sanitizer. Patch holes in your exterior walls,

Back and side walls observed to have holes and gaps in walls espcially where pipes enters wall. [CA] Repair holes to prevent vermin entry.

Back door and main delivery door observed to kept open when not in use [CA] Keep cloor closed when not in sued.

Holes observed on side of walls and gap between roof and wall. [CA] Repair wall and roof to ensure no large gaps are present to prevent entry of vermin.
