Facility is permitted for sale of commercially prepackaged foods only. Observed coffee dispenser, "Frazil" slushie machine, and "F'real" shake and smoothie machine in the self-service area. Per PIC, coffee is prepared daily and dispensed on-site. The other machines are filled and cleaned on-site. Facility has a 3-compartment sink and sanitizer tablets available for warewashing. Permit category to be adjusted upon review.
