    Cups, cutlery, and limes observed to be stored directly below handwash sink paper towel dispenser. [CA] Store utensils and food contact surfaces away from the handwash sink to prevent cross contamination. **REPEAT VIOLATION**

  • K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitized

    3-comp sink measured to have low quat ammonia at time of inspection. No dishwashing observed at time of inspection. [CA] Manual sanitization shall be accomplished in the final sanitizing rinse by contacting a chlorine solution of 100 PPM concentration for at least 30 seconds or by contacting a quaternary ammonium solution of 200 PPM concentration for at least 60 seconds. [COS] Employee added more quat ammonia to sanitizer compartment and made 200ppm quat ammonia solution.
