If the sink at the bakery decoration corner will be made a hand sink then be sure to install the side guards to protect hand washing water from splashing on the food that may be directly next to the sink.

Observed a fly on the dough in a bowl. Observed a small fruit fly type on a bread. [CA] Food facility shall be kept free of insects and the food protected. Take eefective measures to protect the food from contamination. The food was thrown away by the employees. Observed dead insects such as some type of beatle and pincher bug on the floor behind equipment. [CA] Food facility shall be kept free of insects and the food protected. [COS] The dead insects were all swept up.
