Accumulation of food residue on the interior surface of ice dispenser of soda machine. [CA]: Clean and sanitizer interior surface of ice dispenser. 3. Upright dish machine was dispensing 0 ppm of Chlorine. Chlorine container observed nearly empty. No active ware-washing. [CA]: Mechanical dish machine shall be able to dispense 50 ppm of Chlorine sanitizer at all times. [COS]: Owner replaced Chlorine container with a new one and 50 ppm of Chlorine solution observed during inspection.

Follow up inspection conducted for routine inspection on 06/05/2025 regarding prep line cooler unable to properly cold hold Potentially Hazardous Foods. Specialist observation: -Prep line cooler next to oven has been repaired. PHFs within the unit measured at 41F or below. -Other prep line cooler is in good condition. Ambient temperature measured at 40F. -entry door observed closed. Continue to work on remaining violations.

Notes: -A follow up inspection will be conducted by 06/06/2025 to verify compliance. Discussed ice bath as a temporary suitable alternative until unit is working properly.
