FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

A follow-up inspection was conducted to verify major violation from routine inspection conducted on 10/03/2024 is in compliance. K07: Foods in the main walk-in cooler were measured below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. K35: Observed the main walk-in cooler to be working properly. No water leak observed from the evaporator. No build up of ice were observed on the sides of the evaporator. Continue to monitor the temperature in the main walk-in cooler and monitor the condition of the evaporator. Work on other violations noted on the last inspection report.

Rubber seal on the left door of the 2 door upright cooler observed in disrepair. [Corrective Action] Repair or replace the rubber seal.
