Observed liquid spilled at the bottom of the keg refrigerator. [CA] Clean and sanitize keg refrigerator.
- K36: Equipment, utensils, linens: Proper storage and use
Observed several CO2 tanks that were not chained. [CA] All pressurized cylinders shall be securely fastened to a rigid structure.
- K40: Wiping cloths: properly used, stored
Observed a pile of soiled wiping cloths on food prep surface. [CA] Ensure wiping cloths are stored in a sanitizer bucket when not in use (100ppm chlorine or 200ppm quat).

Observed potentially hazardous foods located in a drawer cooler that measured in the temperature danger zone (ham 47F, turkey 46F). Per employees, the PHFs were loaded into the unit at 7am. [CA] Ensure PHFs are properly cold held at 41F or below. Repair, adjust or replace unit if necessary. [COS] PIC voluntarily discarded the ham, turkey and cheese.
