Personal canned drink store inside the ice machine. [CA] Do not store personal drinks in the ice machine.
Observed 1-2 inch hole on wall next to the 2 refrigerators in the back storage area. [CA] Seal the hole to prevent harborage of vermin.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Hand sink found obstructed with a dust pan in the sink. [CA] Keep hand sink unobstructed at all times. [COS]
Measured cut watermelon and honey dew melon sitting on top of ice at 60F. Melons were put out for display/retail 45 min ago. [CA] Maintain cut melons 41F and below by submerging entire melon in ice. Recommend to use a 'display only' sticker to one of each melon variety. [COS] Manager relocated cut melons to walk in to cool down to 41F. Pizza wth cheese measured at 45F in pizza/quesadilla display case. [CA] Relocate pizza towards back of unit to maintain 41F and below.
Lack of thermometers for walk in cooler, sushi display unit, cheese display case. [CA] Provide thermometers.
