The three door undercounter cooler across the prep sink has the interior paneling in deterioration. [CA] Ensure to maintain equipment clean and in good repair.

The wall behind the upright dishwasher is missing tiling. [CA] Ensure to maintain the floors, walls, and ceilings of the facility clean and in good repair. Replace the missing tiles.

The handwash sink near the prep sink area had the water valves turned off. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds. [SA] Faciltiy shall use one of the other operable handwash sinks found in the facility until repaired.
