[CA]: The premises of each food facility must be maintained free of vermin. Eliminate evidence of vermin in a safe, effective and legal manner. Ensure food and food contact surfaces are protected from possible contamination at all times. Continue to follow pest control service recommendations and monitor for vermin activity. Follow up inspection conducted for routine on 06/11/2025 for the following violations: -K06 Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible -K13 Food in good condition, safe, unadulterated -K35 Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity Observations: -all hand sinks observed with single use towels properly stored in permanently installed dispensers. ROUTINE INSPECTION

A follow up inspection will be conducted by 06/13/2025 to verify compliance. The first follow up inspection is free of charge, any and all subsequent follow up inspections shall be charged at the approved hourly rate of $298/hr, minimum of one hour. Note: -a public notice of application for ownership change is posted at the front door by Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Per Manager, there is no change of ownership with food retail. -food safety manager certificate is expiring on 06/23/2025.
