    Observed employee cell phone stored on cart with food equipment. Observed employee purse stored on another cart on top of cookie sheet available for service. [CA] No person shall store clothing or personal effects in any area used for the storage and preparation of food or food contact surfaces.

    Hot dogs on ice bath measured 61F on the top and 44F at the bottom of the container. Hot dogs were in ice bath however, ice was only on the bottom of the container. Per PIC, the hot dogs were brought out from walk in fridge a half hour prior to temperature measurement. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Ice and water were added to ice bath, container was placed deeper into ice bath. Ice was added directly to hot dogs to cool down. Ensure that ice and water surround the container and up the sides of the container to maintain PHF at 41F or below.
