    Lack of paper towels at the only handwash station in the kitchen. [Corrective Action] Ensure paper towels are always available to dry hands after washing. [Corrected on Site] Person in charge replaced paper towels.

    Mold like slime observed on top of the lid of the ice machine at the service area. [Corrective Action] Thoroughly clean and maintain clean.
