On site for follow up inspection, the facility was closed due to cockroach and rodent activity. No dead or live cockroach activity observed in the facility. No rodent activity observed. Facility has been cleaned, however there are multiple areas that still require cleaning. Operator started cleaning during the inspection. Operator will email photos to district specialist at sukhreet.kaur@deh.sccgov.org end of Friday 4/3 of further cleaning of the facility. Continue to receive regular pest control services to prevent vermin activity. Continue to clean and sanitize the affected areas and equipment. Seal holes (e.g. in walls and ceilings, repair coved base), and entryways (e.g. weather-stripping around doors); keep exterior doors closed Eliminate food and water sources inside and outside the facility. Properly store items at least 6 inches above floor in sealed rodent-proof/insect-proof containers; organize overly packed and disorganized storage areas) - Move the food items on shelves in lobby over carpet area to the approved small storage room. Discontinue to store food on carpet area.
