    Observed heavy accumulation of debris/dirt on the fans and ceilings of the walk in fridge. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.

  • K21: Hot and cold water availableCritical

    Hot water was not provided at the janitorial sink, two compartment sink or handwash sink. In the restroom, the water was turned off completely due to a leak. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks which shall be 100F. [SA] Facility shall discontinue packaging ice until hot water has been restored. Handwashing shall be done at the two compartment sink while bathroom sink is repaired/replaced.
