Follow up inspection regarding major violations for improper cold holding temperature and improper rapid cooling during routine inspection on 10/02/2024. Major violations observed corrected. Specialist observed 120F of hot water at 2 comp sink and new thermometers purchased by Owner. Green placard posted.
