ROUTINE INSPECTION
PIC stated that although the facility does not engage in active food prep, he would like to keep it as an FP10 in the event that they do.

Both handwash sinks were obstructed, thus rendering them unusable. Handwash sink in the front kitchen area lacked paper towels. Facility is not actively engaged in food prep (food storage only). [CA] Handwash sink shall be remain unobstructed at all times. Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers. [COS] Obstructions removed. Paper towels were provided.

Multiple overhead lighting units lack shatterproof covers. [CA] Install shatterproof covers.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
At the time of inspection the facility was operating only a single door vending machine with PHF received from Air Cullinair worldwide was in use. Ambient temperature of standing 2 door refrigerator measured at 49F. [CA] Refrigeration must be capable of maintaining PHFs at 41°F or below. Do not use this refrigerator until it is repaired/replaced. Facility added single door self-service vending machine to the operation. Prepackaged food sold in vending machine is not properly labeled for sale. [CA] Food prepackaged in a food facility shall bear a label with the following: 1) common name of the food, 2) list of ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight, 3) quantity of contents, 4) name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor.
