Observed trash overflowed from the trash bin in the restrooms. [Corrective Action] Regularly dispose of trash into the dumpster

Damaged wall observed by the entry way into the back room. [Corrective Action] Maintain wall in good condition.

Condensate from the produce walk-in cooler observed discharging onto the floor next to the floor sink. [Corrective Action] Ensure condensate discharges directly into the floor sink.

Hot water at the handwash sink in the 1st restroom was measured at 73 degrees Fahrenheit. [Corrective Action] Provide hot water at a minimum temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit at handwash sinks.

1. Observed scrap wood from broken pallets scattered outside by the loading dock. [Corrective Action] Maintain area clean. 2. Observed heavy dust accumulation on the ceiling in the oven room. [Corrective Action] Maintain clean.

The health permit is posted inside the office. [Corrective Action] Post the current and valid health permit in public view.
