FOLLOW UP INSPECTION FROM 12/23/24 IN WHICH THE 48 HOUR NOTICE TO PAY WAS PROVIDED TO THE FACILITY. UPON ARRIVAL, IT WAS COMMUNICATED TO THE PIC THAT THE PAYMENT FOR THE PERMIT HAD NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY THE DEPARTMENT. THE PIC THEN DECIDED TO CALL THE OWNER AND HE IS TRYING TO PAY ONLINE. NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE AS OF YET. THE FACILITY IS NOW CLOSED. UPDATE: THE PAYMENT WENT THROUGH AND THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE FOR $971.25 RECEIPT NUMBER: 3888895353 ECHECK
