Note : CET will still operate according to the director Edward Romero during school hours from 8-3pm. Mesa Dedunda iwill operate as a commissary kitchen from 3pm to 10 pm.

ROUTINE INSPECTION

OWNERSHIP CHANGE INFORMATION NEW FACILITY NAME: Mesa Redonda NEW OWNER: The Prosperity Lab The applicant has completed the facility evaluation application process for an Environmental Health Permit. The permit category for this facility is FP07. An invoice for the permit fee in the amount of $968.00 will be mailed to the billing address on the application. Payment must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. The owner is responsible for contacting our department if an invoice is not received and remit payment within 30 days. The Environmental Health Permit will be effective: 11/01/2024 - 10/31/2025. This report serves as a temporary permit. However, the permit will be deemed invalid if the permit fee is not paid in full within 30 days from the date of this report. Okay to Operate. An official permit will be mailed to the address on file and shall be posted in public view upon receipt. *Structural Review inspection conducted on 10/30/2024 ____________ * Note for commercial/rental kitchen: - This Division recommends utilizing calendars for caterers - Ensure permits of caterers are posted in one visible location. - Ensure caterers have designated storage locations with labels. ** Note: Centers for Employment Training (CET)/Vine Catering will still be operating at the facility. - PIC stated that CET/Vine Catering will still continue their operations until the end of the year. - Agreements between Mesa Redonda and CET/Vine Catering have been made for kitchen usage. - Mesa Redonda will be utilizing left side of the kitchen for their caterers. - CET/Vine Catering will be operating at separate times and will be utilizing right side of the kitchen.
