    Heavy staining on cutting board that is next to the veggie cutting board. [CA] Remove heavy stained cutting board and obtain a new one. [SA] PIC tossed the cutting board into the garbage.

    1. Hole noted in top of the water heater at the time of inspection. [CA] Repair holes in structure and maintain in good repair to prevent pest harborage. 2. Grout in the floor tiles around the walk in are starting to fall apart. [CA] Change out the grout and adjust the tiles properly.
