    At the bar, observed hot water was turned off. Per operator, a leak is being repaired. At the bar and in the back prep area, at the 3 compartment sinks, measured hot water at 117F. [CA] Ensure hot water is provided at all handwash sinks between 100F and 108F, and at all 3 compartment, prep, and mop sinks at 120F.

  • K06: Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible

    Observed a lack of hand soap for the handwash station at the bar. Handwash station was stocked and accessible in the back prep area. [CA] Ensure all handwash stations are stocked with hand soap and paper towels in their respective dispensers to allow for proper handwashing. [COS] Operator provided hand soap at the handwash station.

  • K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitized

    In the back prep area, in the ice machine, observed mold-like growth on the inner panel. [CA] Ensure interior of the ice machine is frequently cleaned and sanitized to prevent possible contamination of food (ice).

    Food safety manger's certificate was unavailable for review. [CA] Ensure at least one food safety manager's certificate is obtained and available for review. All other employees that handle food shall obtain food handler cards.
