ROUTINE INSPECTION
Observed several beverages stored on the floor on the sales floor. There are empty spaces on the shelves. [CA] Store all food and beverage off of the floor. Observed krazy glue on the sales shelves above candies. [CA] Always store chemicals below any food or drinks.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Per the change of ownership inspection 4-18-24. A sink has not been installed. A janitors sink is needed. Submit to the plan check department. Contact plan check to begin the process of installing the janitors sink. Visit ehinfo.org to complete the plan check application. Install the sink within 60 days.

Observed a new freezer that is home-type and not approved. [CA] Remove the unapproved freezer. You may replace it with an approved type unit. Please submit before install to be sure it is approved..
