Observed Jackson undercounter dish machine maintained inside kitchen. Owner over the phone stated that the dish machine has not been in use and has not been connected. Owner also stated that they are working with another government agency to discuss hot water and electrical demands of the unit. Owner also stated that they have plans to upgrade the water heater.
