    The paper towel dispenser lacked paper towels. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers; heated-air hand drying device may be substituted for single-use towels. [SA] A stack of paper towels was made available.

    There was a box of pretzels on the counter near the three small toasters. Pretzel box was full and pretzels near the top measured at 64°F. Per staff they had the pretzels out for cooking. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Pretzels were returned to the walk in for rapid chill.
