Observed a broken refrigeration unit in the dumpster enclosure. Per manager, the refrigeration unit has been there for almost a year. [Corrective Action] Remove broken unused equipment from the premise.

Whip cream in the insert of the smoothie cooler was measured at 49 degrees Fahrenheit. [Corrective Action] Maintain Potentially Hazardous Foods at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

Lack of paper towels in the employee's men's restroom. [Corrective Action] Ensure paper towels are available at all times. [Corrected on Site] Employee refilled the paper towel dispenser.

Hot water knob at the handwash sink behind the cookline was observed to be difficult to turn. [Corrective Action] Repair knob so that it is easy to turn.
