    1) Per PIC, the coffee and slushie machine in the back area are not in active use. Observed build-up of mold-like substance in the inside of the slushie machine. [CA] The premises of a food facility shall be free of litter and items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the facility, such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used. 2) In the back storage area, observed misaligned ceiling panel creating a gap in the ceiling. [CA] Seal all gaps in the facility. The facility shall be fully enclosed to prevent pest entrance and harborage.

    Walk in cooler measured to have: -Hot dogs at 44F -Sliced cheese at 44F -Eggnog at 43F Per logs cooler was 41F in the morning. Back of walk in cooler measured to be 41F. [CA] Keep PHFs at 41F and below for cold holding. [COS] All PHFs except unopened pasteurized milk were moved to grab n go cooler.
