[CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. [SA] Facility offers prepackaged food only at this time. Facility is permitted to operate with prepackaged food only. Warm water at handwash sink measured 92F after allowing the water to run for several minutes. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.

ROUTINE INSPECTION

PIC stated that after lunch he puts the hot foods in insulated black bag for the kids to have after school. The food is hot held until left in insulated bag and the temperature is taken prior to placing in the bag, temperature must be 145F or higher. PIC stated that the food is consumed by any kids within 30 minutes of placing into the insulated bag. The office staff provides the food to the kids and discards any leftovers within 30 minutes of the food placed in the insulated bag. The same thing is done with cold foods, held in refrigeration and then placed into the insulated bag for up to 30 minutes.
