    1. Damaged floor cove base noted within both restrooms of the facility. [CA] The juncture of the floor and wall shall be coved with a 3/8-inch minimum radius coving and shall extend up the wall at least 4 inches. Make repairs to cove base.

  • K36: Equipment, utensils, linens: Proper storage and use

    CO2 tanks in bar #2 are not tied down to a rigid structure at the time of inspection. [CA] All pressurized cylinders shall be securely fastened to a rigid structure.

  • K43: Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned

    Toilet seat cover dispenser is damaged within the womens restroom. [CA] Repair the dispenser properly.
