Notes: - Repair the kitchen handwash sink's leak by Friday 12/6/24. Email mindy.nguyen@deh.sccgov.org a video of the sink with water turned on showing that no water is leaking onto the floor. Failure to comply may result in billable follow-ups and/or other enforcement action. - Use equipment for their intended purpose, or remove from facility. - Facility name was updated to BOI BAKERY COFFEE MILKTEA; inspector will look into technical issue causing the old facility name to appear at the top of this report.

Inside the front restroom: observed the paper towel dispenser was empty. [CA] Keep paper towel dispenser filled at all times. [COS] Employee refilled the dispenser. Minor violation: At the kitchen handwash sink: observed the paper towel dispenser was empty, and trifold paper towels were stored on top of the dispenser. [CA] Store paper towels inside a covered dispenser.

Inside the upright freezer and in the walk-in refrigerator: observed raw meats (pork/fish) stored over ready-to-eat foods. [CA] Store raw animal products below ready-to-eat foods to reduce risk of cross-contamination.
