ROUTINE INSPECTION
Note: 1. Food safety manager certificate: Laura Angeles - 5/17/2029 2. The school receives food products from the Alum Rock Unified School District warehouse. The school reheat and serve the food products. All leftover hot-held food not used during the shift are discarded. 3. The school has two double sinks used for dishwashing, food preparation, and handwashing. Both sinks are directly connected to sewer line. It is recommended to have a designated three compartment warewash sink to wash dishes, a preparation sink that drains into a floor sink, and a designated handwash station. Until these structures are installed, please use colanders to wash vegetable and fruits on the sinks to prevent possible backup of sewage. 4. According to the USDA guideline, schools serving lunch through the School Lunch program must have a written HACCP plan in place. Please keep a copy in the cafeteria 5. A couple of wet/soiled wiping cloths were stored on the sinks. [CA] Wet/soiled wiping cloths must be stored in a bucket that has standard sanitizer concentration in between use which is 200 ppm quaternary ammonia or 100 ppm chlorine (bleach).
