    PHFs within under counter refrigeration were measured at 49*F at the time of inspection. Per PIC, the PHFs were placed in there about 30mins ago. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. Recommend having unit serviced. [SA] Only PHF within unit was the Pepperoni and it was moved into the next under counter refrigeration.
