Observed garbage dumpster lid left open. [Corrective Action] Maintain garbage dumpster lids closed when not actively throwing trash into the dumpster.

1. Observed white protective layer of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen chipping and peeling away from the wood rendering surface hard to clean. [Corrective Action] Repair or replace the white protective layer of the cabinets and drawers. 2. Observed rubber seal on the left door of the 2 door upright cooler in disrepair. [Corrective Action] Repair or replace rubber seal.
