Dishwasher sanitizer 50 ppm now. Wall by the back door has been repaired. Black dust has been removed from the kitchen ceiling. A new instant water heater has been installed in the employee restroom for the hand sink. However, when the hot water was on it would lose power at about 80F/ Manager stated it had been working ok. Make proper modification and restore hot water to this sink.
