Cooler thermometer read at 50F. Ambient air measurement measured at 47F. Other PHFs were thawing and were at 41F or below. Eggs measured at 45F. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Pinto beans and sour cream were discarded. All other PHFs were moved to one of the coolers in the back room that were functioning properly.
