The shelf above the mop sink is too low and cannot properly hang wet mops from the mop holder. [CA] Relocate shelf above the mop sink higher so that a mop can air dry by using the mop hanger.
Lack of time marking for foods for the hot/cold buffet line (grilled cheese measured at 123F, melon at 45F). [CA] Potentially hazardous food utilizing time as a public health control (TPHC) shall be discarded within 4 hourss from the point in time when food is removed from temperature control. [COS] Food will be discarded.
