The foot paddle faucet handle is missing at the hand wash sink adjacent to the drive through window. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.

Broken cove base tiles at the wall adjacent to the walk in refrigerator. [CA] Replace broken floor tiles with a smooth and of durable construction and nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable. Observed a missing wall corner cap at the wall between the cook line and food preparation sink. [CA] Repair the wall with a durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable surface. The grout sealant surrounding the janitorial sink is in disrepair. [CA] Repair/ replace sealant.

Measured the water temperature at 124 F through an automatic mixing valve at the hand wash sink adjacnet to the drive through window (an additional hand wash sink available for use). [CA] Handwashing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F.
