All dessert items have been moved to the walk in cooler for holding. Unit may be repaired in the future. - Continue to repair cold water faucet at hand sink next to rice cooker. Cold water faucet was turned on with sufficient pressure, however temperature of water was not cold. A few seconds later, very little pressure coming from the cold water faucet noted. Manager contacted maintenance service to repair faucet. Email a video of operable faucet indicating cold water is available (use a digital thermometer to measure water temperature). Email aleli.crutchfield@deh.sccgov.org Provide wall mounted soap dispenser at hand sink next to tandoor oven.
