REPEAT VIOLATION: Cold water is not available at the kitchen hand washing sink and temperature of water was measured at 118F. [CA] Hand washing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F. [SA] A nob shall be provided to adjust the water temperature and hot water shall not exceed 108F.

Cold water is not available at the handwash sink and temperature of water measured at 115F. [CA] Handwash sink shall be able to provide hot and cold water. If temperature of water for the handwash sink is not readily adjustable with hot and cold water, it shall provide warm water at a minimum of 100F and no greater than 108F.
