Janitorial sink in back storage area is filled with old equipment and blocked. Per PIC, they dispose of waste water down the toilet. [CA] Clear out janitorial sink and ensure it is available for use. Mop was stored in mop bucket in restroom. [CA] After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. Provide mop rack at janitorial sink when it is cleared for use.
