This is a charged follow up inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 06/26/2025 and the first follow up inspection conducted on 06/27/2025. Did not observe any evidence of cockroaches. Reviewed pest control report and completed checklist. Facility is going through a change of ownership. Facility is ok to operate today under the new ownership. Updated 07/01/25. OWNERSHIP CHANGE INFORMATION NEW FACILITY NAME: Friendship BBQ NEW OWNER: Friendship BBQ LLC The applicant has completed the facility evaluation application process for an Environmental Health Permit. The permit category for this facility is FP11. An invoice for the permit fee in the amount of $1580 will be mailed to the billing address on the application. Payment must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. The owner is responsible for contacting our department if an invoice is not received and remit payment within 30 days. The Environmental Health Permit will be effective: 07/01/2025 - 06/30/2026 This report serves as a temporary permit. However, the permit will be deemed invalid if the permit fee is not paid in full within 30 days from the date of this report. Okay to Operate. Notification: The person in charge during inspection, Jianan Ye, has been informed that the facility must close immediately. The premises of each food facility must be maintained free of vermin. A facility cannot operate if there is a vermin infestation that leads to contamination of food contact surfaces, packaging, utensils, food equipment, or adulteration of food. The facility is required to cease operations immediately and must remain closed until all corrective actions on the provided checklist are completed. Requirements Before Reopening: 1. Email the signed and completed Reopening Checklist to the assigned inspector. 2. A follow-up inspection was conducted to verify major violations from routine inspection conducted on 12/20/2024 are in compliance. K06: Electronic paper towel dispenser at the back handwash sink observed replaced with a manual paper towel dispenser and observed fully stocked. K07: Meat for the skewers was measured at 49 degrees Fahrenheit at the work table. Employee actively putting meat on the skewers. Discussed with operator that meat shall be returned to refrigeration after 2 hours active prep. K14: Chlorine sanitizer in the dishwasher was measured at 50 ppm. Continue to work on violations noted on the last routine inspection report.

Minor Violation: In the kitchen area, near a prep cooler, a bag of bean sprouts was found left out of temperature control. the interior of the bag measured at 40°F while the exteriors were around 55°F. Bean Sprouts were placed in the upright cooler to rapidly chill.
