- K36: Equipment, utensils, linens: Proper storage and use
Observed un-secure full CO2 tank. Lack of additional wall mounted chain link for smaller CO2 tank.[CA] Secure CO2 tank to an appropriately sized chain link. Dust and debris build up on walls, compressor, light fixture etc in walk in cooler. [CA] Clean interior of walk in regularly.
- K39: Thermometers provided, accurate
Lack of thermometer in walk in cooler. [CA] Provide a thermometer.
- K38: Adequate ventilation/lighting; designated areas, use
Ventilation hood unit is not operational and kitchen is not serving food per manager. Cold food items (i.e. sandwiches, salads or food that does not require to be cooked is approved). [CA] Hood shall be fully operational if cooking equipment is used. Email the service report to aleli.crutchfield@deh.sccgov.org once unit is repaired or by Friday 10/31/25.

Observed liquid waste lines draining inside the floor sink without an air gap (food prep sink, bar sink). [CA] Provide a minimum of 1 inch air gap above rim of the floor sink.

Observed several areas where floor is in disrepair. [CA] Repair/replace the floor.
