FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

Note: This is a follow-up inspection to the routine inspection that was conducted on 5/14/2025. The restaurant was issued a conditional pass due to the lack of soap supply on the front handwash station and storing partially cooked at room temperature. During today's follow-up inspection, the handwash stations all have soap and paper towel supplies. All potentially hazardous food products were also stored at room temperature using time as a public health control method. A pest control company came and conducted intervention as well. Therefore, the facility is now issued a pass green placard. However, the above repeated violations must be corrected immediately as well.
