Wet used wiping cloths left on counter. [CA] Wiping towels shall be stored in sanitizing solution of an approved concentration when not in use (100 ppm - chlorine, 200 ppm - quaternary ammonium).

Bowl stored in the hadwashing sink in the back partially obstructing it. [CA] Handwashing facility shall be clean, unobstructed, and accessible at all times.

Missing thermometer in under counter refrigeration. [CA] Provide a thermometer for each refrigeration unit. The thermometer shall be placed where it is easily visible.

Observed used wiping cloths on the counter. [CA] Wet wiping cloths shall be stored in a sanitizing solution when in continuous use. [COS] PIC discarded used wiping cloths.
