Note: The facility was closed yesterday for cockroach infestation. The owner called today to have a follow-up inspection, and couple of cockroaches live were observed on the floor of the kitchen area and on the wall above wash and equipment storage shelf. Therefore, the facility shall remain closed. By our office guideline, this first follow-up inspection is free of charge. However, any upcoming follow-up inspections shall be done at a charge of $298.00/hour on the working hours of the week and $645.00/hour on after hours or on weekend. If your request another follow-up inspection tomorrow, please contact me before 2 pm so that an invoice shall be generated and mailed to you. The invoice must be paid online and copy of payment confirmation must be emailed to district inspector before scheduling another follow-up inspection.

The owner of the facility must provide a pest control company report which indicates what interventions were conducted and observed violations and recommendations. The structural issues including the cracks, crevices, and gaps between the wall and the sinks and the preparation tables and the walls must be caulk or sealed. To prevent vermin hiding and breading and easy cleaning of the floor area, all food products must remove from the floor and stored on shelves or dunnage racks. The restaurant is closed for vermin infestation, and shall remain closed until an inspector from the County's Environmental Health Department shall removed it. Note: This is a follow-up inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 07/30/2025. The facility was issued a conditional pass due to washing of utensils without sanitizer and for the lack of supplies on some of the handwash stations. During today's follow-up inspection, both violations are found to be addressed. Therefore, the facility is issued a pass green placard.
