- K05: Hands clean, properly washed; gloves used properly
The paper towel dispenser in one of the restrooms was not working properly. [CA] Repair/replace the damaged paper towel dispenser immediately.
- K44: Premises clean, in good repair; Personal/chemical storage; Adequate vermin-proofing
There is no wet mop hanger by the janitorial sinks. [CA] Install a wet mop hanger by the janitorial sink. All wet mops must be hung on the wet mop hanger. A couple of open cup employee drinks were stored on the preparation tables. [CA] To prevent possible contamination, employees may only drink with covered cup containers and store their drink in designated areas.
- K45: Floor, walls, ceilings: built,maintained, clean
There are some damaged/broken or missing floor tiles on the floor located by the cooking area. [CA] Replace the damaged/broken or missing floor tiles immediately. Some grime, grease, oil, and food residue accumulation is observed on the floor below the cooking equipment and below the front display counter. [CA] Conduct thorough regular cleaning on the floor area.
- K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices
The drainpipes from the cooking and holding equipment were immersed inside the floor sinks. [CA] To prevent possible contamination from backup of sewage, please provide at least one inch air gap between the floor sink and the drainpipes.
- K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitized
Some freshly sanitized utensils were stacked together on the utensil storage shelf. [CA] Air dry all clean utensils before staking them together.
