    Faucet within the 3-compartment sink is damaged at the time of inspection. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.

Recommend placing a knife holder or magnet within area. [SA] Knife was placed within the 3-compartment sink to be wash, rinse, sanitized.
