Facility does food prep on site and permit category will be changed to the following: - FP09 FOOD PREP / FOOD SVC OP 0-5 EMPLOYEES RC 1 ($652.00) Permit will be updated in the next bill cycle. *A hand wash station is missing around the food prep area. Per PIC, they wash hands at hand wash by cashier station or within the 3-compartment sink. If facility ever goes through a change of ownership, remodel, or plan check then a new hand wash station will have to be installed.

Placard in the front window is missing at the time of inspection. Per PIC, the window in the front was shattered and most likely were the placard was. [CA] The placard shall be posted and clearly visible to the general public and patrons entering the food establishment. Notify this department if the placard is ever damaged.
